Trueline Estimator — Terms of Use

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trueline Estimator app and website (the "Service"), operated by Home Crashpad LLC ("Trueline," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Trueline Estimator is a tool for construction and remodeling professionals to create estimates and proposals, manage projects and clients, and run related business workflows.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Payments are subject to Apple's terms, including Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including through the AI features described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

Estimates and AI outputs

Estimates, prices, and other outputs generated by the Service — including AI-generated content and the Foreman assistant — are tools to assist you and may contain errors or omissions. They are not professional, financial, or legal advice and are not guarantees of cost. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all estimates, bids, and pricing before relying on or sending them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it unlawfully, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or infringing others' rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Crashpad LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
